This Privacy Policy explains how Naibus Technologies ("we", "us") handles information in the Suluk mobile application ("the App"). We designed Suluk to be private by default: it works offline, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell your data to anyone.
1. Who we are

If you use Suluk without creating an account, your data stays on your device and none of the account-related items above are collected.
3. Permissions the App may request
- Location — to compute accurate prayer times and qibla for where you are. You can also set your city manually instead.
- Notifications — to alert you at prayer times.
4. Third-party services we rely on
- Supabase — account authentication and encrypted storage of your backup.
- Google Gemini — generates AI Coach replies from the messages you send to the Coach.
- BigDataCloud — turns your coordinates into a city name (reverse geocoding).
- Aladhan API — provides Hijri calendar dates.
These providers process data only to deliver the features above. We do not use advertising networks or analytics/tracking SDKs.
5. How your data is protected
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Account data and backups are stored by Supabase with encryption at rest. Your AI Coach requests are proxied through our secure server so that API keys are never exposed in the App.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your backup and account data are kept until you delete them. You can delete everything at any time, directly in the App: Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, cloud backup, and on-device data, and frees your email to register again. You may also request deletion by emailing naibustechnologies@gmail.com.
7. Children
Suluk is a general-audience educational and worship app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting naibustechnologies@gmail.com. Deletion is also available instantly within the App as described above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
